December 3, 2010, Health Canada and ZellersInc. today announced a domestic indoor / outdoor LED string lights a voluntary recall.
The recalled product license for the Westinghouse indoor / outdoor LED lights strings, CSA (Canadian Standards Association) registration number 77218, the lantern string since 10 November 2010 in Canada, Zellers store sales.
The number of recalled about 163,000 sets of products. Reasons for the recall, the lantern string wires exposed, have caused a user to be shock or fire hazard. Up to now, Health Canada has not received any incident report.
To this end, Health Canada advised consumers to immediately stop using the recalled lights string, and contact with the Zellers store returns and a full refund.
